Some of the best saltwater fishing in the county is in Boston Harbor Massachussets. Bill & Jules love fishing with Live Bait and this is one of their specialties. Primarily when fishing from boat this is our method of choice 1st. If the situation becomes unwelcome to this type of fishing then we adapt to whatever situation may arise to get you into fish. Be it artificial lures and light tackle fishing, tube and worm, wire line jigging, or chunking bait. You have to be willing to adapt to the many different situations that you will come across on any given day on the water. Below is a list of different types of trips we do to make you become a better angler. We also do custom trips designed to what the customer is looking to learn the most, based on His or Her experience level.

We offer charters on our boat, a 2005 27 ft Polar Center Console, named the Alternative, which is fully equipped with everything you need for fishing, safety and a full size head.

ON OUR BOAT:

What you can expect wether you are a novice angler or an experienced angler. Bill & Jules will work on all types of fishing from a boat. Usually we will go look for live bait in the morning of a trip, unless we have fresh bait left over from the day before. We like to try and get the freshest bait possible as the large Striped Bass love nothing better. We have several great area's to fish in and around Boston Harbor as there are many Islands around, alot of big boulder fields, strong currents and structure that Striped Bass & Bluefish love to hang around.

Once we have the bait which usually does not take long we will be within a few minutes from some favorite fishing spots. That is what is so unique about Boston Harbor's Saltwater fishery. Alot of times the fish are within 15-20 minutes from the dock.  

If there is no bait, then we will use Artificial lures, Jigs, Wire line trolling, whatever it takes to get you into fish. We enjoy teaching alot of our techniques so you can repeat them if you go out on your own boat or with someone else. Sometimes these techniques can make or break a bad day of fishing and you can never learn enough when it comes to cathing. This information can be priceless and alot of other captains just will not tell their secrets. ON YOUR BOAT:

We take a lot of people out on their own boats as they may be more comfortable on their own boat and also want to learn what to do on their vessel and how it will handle in different situations to make them better anglers.

We have seen a lot of people buy a lot of fishing equipment and just do not quite know how to fish it. So we will show you how to use it properly and in what situations. We can go over how to use your fish finder to make your fishing more productive. We will take you to many spots in Boston Harbor or where ever your boat might be to look for structure that may hold bass and blues, and teach you what to look for, how to read the water, current and tides. Then we will show you the proper techniques to use to get those fish on board and get you into more successful trips on the water.

We have also taken people out fishing on their own boats who are already experienced anglers who are just trying to look for some different places to fish or improve on some of their skills, or learn a new technique to fish. We will do whatever you are looking to do, just let us know when you book a trip what you are most interested in and we will work on those areas with you.

Hat, sunglasses, foul weather gear, camera, sneakers/white bottom shoes or boots, food and beverage. ***Sorry no alcohol permitted on vessel!!!***

A POSITIVE FISHING ATTITUDE IS A MUST

***One thing to remember if you are taking a boat trip with us, if you have never been out on the ocean or you suffer from motion sickness or sea sickness!!! Make sure you take dramamine or some other medication at least a half hour prior to coming on the vessel. If you don't and you get sick these medications will not work for you once you get sick. We do not want to have to bring you back to the dock because you are sick and have to charge you for the trip. We would rather you prepare ahead of time so you can enjoy your day on the water!!!
